Honorary Member of the Board of Directors
Seveen Alexander, PharmD, M.T. (ASCP)<sup>CM</sup> was born in Baku, Azerbaijan and moved to the United States with her family during her late teen years. She has over ten years of experience in the clinical field, including a background as a clinical laboratory scientist and as a pharmacist.
She is highly trained in multiple areas of clinical field such as pharmacy, microbiology, toxicology, hematology, coagulation, transfusion, immunology and cytogenetics. She graduated Cum Laude from California Northstate University, College of Pharmacy and has received multiple honors including President’s and Dean’s awards during her studies.
She is a licensed clinical laboratory scientist in California and a licensed registered pharmacist in Maryland and California. As a pharmacist, she has a tremendous interest in improving patient medication adherence and improving therapeutic outcomes for patients. She understands that individual patient’s background greatly influences their behavior and attitude towards medication regimen and recommendations, and appreciates taking the global approach towards patient evaluation for medication treatment.
Knowledge and compassion are the driving forces behind her practice as a pharmacist. She is excited to join as an honorary member of Board of Directors of the National Board of Medication Therapy Management and bring her background and knowledge in exchange for a unique and remarkable opportunity to gain an invaluable experience in medication therapy management.
