- All fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Board.
- Application fees include administrative and examination fees.
How to pay your fees
Apply online or by mail, and pay by filling out the payment section on your application form with a:
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card.
- Certified check or money order included with your application in US funds, made payable to the “National Board of Medication Therapy”. The exact fee must be specified. Please email at processingcenter@nbmtm.org, to receive a payment form.
We do not accept cash or personal checks.
Certification fees for all approved applications and re-certifications are nonrefundable.
