Special Needs
The NBMTM supports the intent of and complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Board will take the steps reasonably necessary to make certification accessible to persons with disabilities covered under the ADA. Special accommodations may be made upon receipt of the application fee, and a completed and signed Request for Special Needs Form. This form must be uploaded to the online application at least 4 weeks before the scheduled examination date. Please use this form if you need to bring a service dog, medicine, food or beverages needed for a medical condition with you during the test.
Submitted Request for Special Needs Forms will only be used to determine the need for special needs and will be kept confidential.
