Carolina Sarda earned her Pharm D. from Nova Southeastern University and served 20 years in community pharmacy, where she developed a deep appreciation for the relationships built through patient care. Obtaining her MTM certification marked a turning point, sparking her passion for medication therapy management and allowing her to move beyond dispensing into more meaningful clinical work.
Today, she serves as a consultant pharmacist specializing in hospice care, where compassion, presence, and thoughtful medication management come together to support patients and families. She is also fluent in Spanish, which allows her to better serve and connect with diverse communities. She holds active pharmacist licenses in FL, TN, NC, and OR. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her goldendoodle, crocheting, and living the simple ryhthm of farm life.
