Brittany Webster, PharmD, BCMTMS, brings over 19 years of pharmacy experience to her role as a board director. Currently, she serves as a clinical pharmacist for Innovage’s Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), where she collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support medication reconciliation, adherence, and optimization for improved patient outcomes. Brittany earned her Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Creighton University in Omaha, NE, and is board certified in Medication Therapy Management.

She began her career as a retail pharmacist, where she utilized a Medication Therapy Management platform to provide Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and Targeted Inverventions (TIPs) to her patients, before transitioning to full-time clinical pharmacy in 2024. She holds active pharmacist licenses in Virginia and California. Her professional interests include Medication Therapy Management, heart failure, and diabetes management.
